Latest Addition
Wet Road Warning & High Water Detection
Our latest addition to the solar traffic-warning safety product line is the high-water alert system. As the sensor detects the presence of water, sleet, snow, or ice it sends a wireless signal to activate a high-water flashing beacon system or flash-flood alert LED sign. The beacon stays in the “ON” state until the road is clear. The activation sensor can be placed up to 20 feet from its solar power system and up to 1,500 feet from its flood-warning sign, and is designed to mount on the shoulder of the road, perfect for icy-bridge warning systems, roads where hydroplaning often occurs, and dangerous curves.
The flash-flood or high-water detection sensor option, in conjunction with our wireless transmitter signal, can activate a warning message at a central location to advise personnel of the warning activation, making you immediately aware of current road conditions due to weather.
