The connected streetlight

Connection & hardware architecture.

  • The server and gateway are connected via Ethernet or 4G / 5G GPRS.
  • The gateway and terminal controller (called a node) use a SUB-1G connection with center frequencies of 433MHz and 915MHz, a proven reliable connection radius greater than 1,500m, or a 0.9-mile circumference.
